The main responsibilities of the role will be business analysis, process improvement, solution definition/design and requirement management:

• Elicit and document business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate impact of changes in relevant legislation, standards, regulation and industry trends
• Design solutions which could comprise both system functional changes and/or improvements to business processes, policies or procedures
• Collaborate with development and test teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Facilitate UAT and validate that deliverables align with requirements
• Support project implementation and provide training to end users
• Supporting the commercial and delivery teams in preparing proposals, work estimations and other commercial documentation

• Minimum 2 years' experience within IT Business Analysis
• Demonstratable track record within process modelling and requirements management
• Previous experience within at least two of data storage and analysis, process automation, regulatory compliance, telecoms, law enforcement and security sensitive environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with requirements gathering tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and software development lifecycles
• Eligibility and willingness to undergo Security Clearance vetting processes
