• Develop and maintain mobile applications in Flutter Java.
• Design and implement software based on functional analyses and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary Scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Actively contribute to improving our applications and internal processes.
• Share knowledge and support the continuous growth of the team.
• Implement secure and efficient authentication solutions.
• Integrate the apps with existing backend services and databases.
• Optimize user experience and application performance.
• Ensure privacy and security in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Test and debug applications to guarantee stability and reliability.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of CI/CD processes for mobile apps.

• Proven experience with Flutter or strong motivation to learn it.
• Strong focus on high-quality, readable code, test-driven development, and continuous learning.
• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Experience with application integration and relational databases.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management, continuous integration, and tools such as Jira and Gradle.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with authentication and authorization protocols.
• Experience with State Management in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in the medical sector (e.g., GDPR, MDR).
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing of mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills and experience with agile methodologies.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and accessibility.
